issue with excel. all computers but one open the file fine then one computer opens it and the formatting is just off. its opened from a shared file so they are all the same doc

all the guys have the same monitor size, same printer
but for one computer it pushes two lines down so they end up on the next page. if we change it to work on his computer, when the others open it on theirs it screws theirs up.
There are many settings associated with a specific computer that can affect affect the visual display. if one computer doesn't have the specified font, that could be an issue (fonts can affect column width). Regional settings. If you are judging by the monitor, screen resolution and so forth. The default formatting associated with Windows. Themes.
You really haven't said about what aspect of the formatting seems askew.

If there isn't a massive change, but subtle changes, it might be caused by what print driver is set as the default.
Excel's visual layout is somewhat dependent on the current print driver being used.
