Microsoft Project 2016 - Flickering

MS Project on Office 365 keeps flickering. I have tried several of things that I have seen online concerning Microsoft Office Flickering/Flashing issues. They all seem to think it is Excel. I am only having this problem with Project.

I tried to disable the Animation.

I have tried to disconnect the Printer.

I have tried to update the Video Drive.

I have looked for Operating System & MS Project Updates.

None of these have worked.

Any Suggestions?

    1. Just Project has this issue.
    2. This is the Product Information I see. 

    Subscription Product

    Microsoft Project Online Desktop Client

    Current Channel

    Version 1703 (Build 7967.2139 Click-to-Run)

    1. No VBA Usage.
    2. It just happens. I could be idle and it happens. No Updates. Simply Project is open.

    Hi Joe,

    Thanks for your information.

    Could you double confirm the following information:

    1.  Do other applications have the same error message or just Project

    1. The Project version you are using. Open Project and click File > Account to check it.
    2. Do you use VBA in Project?
    3. When and how did this issue occur? After updating or using some specific feature?

    Still not luck.

    The issue continues.

    I cannot paste the version on this thread.

    Hi Joe,

    Please perform online repairto check the outcome:

    Click start button > Control panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Right-click on Project and choose Change > select Online repair > Repair.

    If the issue persists, I would like to confirm the following information:

        1. Perform a clean bootto determine whether background programs are interfering with the installation.

        2. A screenshot of the error message if you got one.

        3. Do all Office applications have the same error message or just specific one?

        4. A screenshot of the Office version you are using. To check it, open Project, click File > Account > Under Product information.
