I am using One Drive (SharePointOnline) setup by another party to share files. Some files and folders work just fine. There are some though that give me an Access Denied Error. If I click on the file immediately after opening I get access. If I wait a few seconds I get the Access Denied Error.

Hi RCH_1735,
Thanks for your updates.
For troubleshooting, could you confirm and provide the following?
Thanks,
Cliff
Hi Cliff,
I hard rebooted and have the same result. I do not own any of the files. None of the people at the organization that owns the site have any issues but they have full access. So far I appear to be the only one that has this issue, but it is not on every file or folder. When I check the file it says I have access. There are on a site library.
This is the error I get after 3 or 4 seconds of opening the folder. If I click on the subfile/subfolder right away I get access to it. If I wait I get the error.

Hi RCH_1735,
To clarify if the issue is a temporary issue, I suggest you log out of your account from the Office 365 portal, wait some time and then log in to the Office 365 portal with your account to see and let us know the result.
Meanwhile, I’d like to confirm whether the affected files are shared by other people and whether you have the corresponding permissions on them. Could you upload some screenshots showing the permissions of you on them?
If you save them in another site library in SharePoint Online, what’s the result? Where are they saved, the OneDrive for Business library or a site library?
Thanks,
Cliff
