I just purchased a laptop & 1 year subscription to Office 365 (personal/home). I'm trying to install Office 365 but after entering the product key, I'm receiving error "Sorry, we can't find this product key in our database". I've re-entered several times & triple checked accuracy. I can't figure out what to do now! :(

    Hi Rhonelle,

There are several reasons why you're getting an error message when you try to set up your Office 365. Sometimes it depends on what version or edition Office of you're trying to activate. For you to be able to set up the version of your Office, we recommend that you follow the workaround provided on this  link: Download and install or reinstall Office 365 or Office 2016 on a PC or Mac. This page contains the steps on how to set up the Office program depending on what version you have.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
