Can't adjust OneNote container width

Hi:

I've been using OneNote 2010, v. 14.0.7180.5002, for four months. Until recently, I've been able to adjust the width of containers by putting the cursor over the right container border, getting a double-ended arrow, and then dragging the border to where I want it.  But this has recently stopped working. Sometimes I can adjust the border in erratic fashion, but usually I can't move the border at all. My containers have been getting wider and wider. I'm at the point where using OneNote has become impractical, because much of the text inside containers is beyond the edge of my laptop screen where I can't see it. I can see the full width by changing the zoom setting, but that makes the text too small to read.

Help!

Hi Dave,

There's a possibility that your OneNote app encountered a software conflict that's why it's acting differently. If you're used to adjusting the container width before, there's a chance that there are changes that happened to your system settings. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you do a https://support.office.com/en-US/Article/Repair-an-Office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b#ID0EAADAAA=Windows_7_or_Vista**[repair on your Office application](https://support.office.com/en-US/Article/Repair-an-Office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b#ID0EAADAAA=Windows_7_or_Vista)** and check if your concern persists.
