One Time Passcode for encrypted message

I have created an account with a specific role, to send encrypted messages.

BUT the receiver didn't see the "message.html" in attach that permit to obtain a OneTime Passcode, but only the "message.rpmsg" that require an Outlook client to open it.

Why?

Thanks

    Hi Vincenzo,

May I know whether the recipient using Office 365 email account or other Internet Service Provider account?

If the user using an Office 365 email account in Outlook 2016 or Outlook on the web, they shouldn't have to do anything special to read the message.

If the user have an email account with Yahoo or other Internet Service Provider, they will need to obtain a single-use code to read the message.

For detailed information, please refer to the article: How do I open a protected message?

    Best regards,

    Shyamal

    Hi Vincenzo_Avv,

Is the account to send the encrypt messages is an Office 365 account? If so, are you set up the enable Message Encryption via this method:  https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/canitpro/2015/05/19/step-by-step-setup-and-enablement-of-office-365-message-encryption/ ? when the impacted account send another encrypted messages without obtain the Onetime passcode, does the issue also exist?

    Thanks,

    Anna
