I am currently having issues when trying to format graphs that I have within my database. See the attached image for the issue I am having. The images are numbered to show the order of my interaction with the graph object and the error following. Numbers
6 is just an extra image to show that the instruction and referenced memory addresses are not the same value each time I receive the error even though I am doing the same thing each time. I did notice that the instruction address always begins with 0x00007FF.
If I click on the Scale tab, see image 2, Access freezed and I get the error shown in 3 and 4 and then when I click Close Program (img 4), I get the error description shown in image 5. This occurs for all the other tabs (Patterns, Font, Number, Alignment)
also when I try to make a change.
Within Event Viewer/Windows Logs/Application, I get the error description:

Below are the things I've tried to fix this issue:
- sfc /scannow
- chkdsk /r /f /x
- DISM /Online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
- changing the permissions on the registry editor keys that are associated with the error to give admins full permission and is the owner. I am
logged on as an Administrator.
- I've made sure all of my drivers and windows updates were current. I also ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter
- Enabled and disabled Windows Event Log within services to see if that would help any, but didn't.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2013.
- Made changes to some components within Windows Component Services, DCOM Config.
None of these worked. I called MS technical support to see if they could help me but they wanted to charge me $99 to fix it which was not going to happen. I've noticed online that others have had this issue, not necessarily with MS Access but other office
products or when they shut down their computer, and most have not found a solution to their specific issue. I don't know where to go from here but it is important that I get this fixed. I need to be able to change the formatting of my graphs from within
Access. If any other information is needed that may help, please let me know.
I would greatly appreciated any help you could provide with fixing this problem. Thank you!
