As another option, we can use English in the following communication. Here, I have tried to translate your description and find the issue seems to be related with iPhone. For the tag we added is SCOM related which didn't monitor mobile phones. Could you let us know which we used to manage mobile phones? Is it Intune or others? For Intune, we can add "mem-Intune-xxx" related tags to get the right support.
