Whilst I can successfully sync notes from within a notebook from PC to Android via Onedrive account it seems that quick notes are not being processed. Presumably this is possible too?...or do all notes need to be within a book to sync properly. Problem relates so far to notes created via PC not sycning to Android (yet to try the reverse)
The quick notes section is set up to save to the default folder path locally via ...\documents\onenote notebooks\quick notes.one so that this should not cause any issue.
Checking synch status does not show any messages, and as I said at the start pages in my one book tie up fine.

The open Window in your screenshot is the right place to browse. The target, a Quick Notes section in a Onedrive notebook should be visible (the notebook must be open).
In the linked thread I described how to find the Quick Notes section used by Android OneNote.

Thanks for the feedback - only just noticed the reply as notifications here don't seem to be synching with my email yet!
I think the quick note logic is hard to follow and not very well explained elsewhere. I can't see my settings within the Android app to find a trail to folders that may be synching for example.
The onedrive logic I can just about follow online, but navigating the folder path is still confusing. I accidentally moved the PC quick notes page to my notebook without realising I'd done it.
Now the remaining query - what's the syntax to define the onedrive path to my notebook or any other onedrive folder from the PC? I can't seem to browse to the location - and so don't know if I have to type the file path long hand; and if that's the case, where do I find this?
