Hi

I have created a class notebook and added my students in it but when they access the notebook it gives them a message that the notebook is empty. Can you please tell me what might be the reason.

Thank you.

    Hi Sehrish,

In your case, I would like to confirm whether the students have an Office 365 organizational account and signed in with it when they tried to access the class notebook.

If so, could you provide the following information for us to investigate this behavior:

    1. Regarding the error message you mentioned, could you capture a screenshot?
    2. Confirm whether this behavior occurs with all the students you added into that class notebook.
    3. Does the issue occur with other existing class notebook? You may create a new class notebook to check whether the issue only occurs the specific class notebook.
    4. How do the students open the class notebook? You send them a link to open in OneNote online /client? Or they access it by going to their OneDrive for Business>Shared with me as well?

    Regards,

    Zixuan
