    The issue will depend on the error that you get when you are trying to enter the Microsoft account and password to activate your Office product. For us to better isolate the issue, we would like to know the following information:

    • Is this the first time that you will activate the Office product on your device?
    • How did you try to install the Office application?
    • Are you getting any error codes or messages?
