Microsoft Excel Link Image to cell value

I am currently in the process of creating an excel spread sheet where it tracks the rotation of a bolt. The bolt has a tick mark that we reference using a clock face. My question is would it be possible to link a cells value to a specific image?

To make my question clear:

For example, Cell A1= 2 (2 o'clock) B2 linked to cell A1---> if A1=2, (insert image showing clock face with 2 o'clock marked)

My idea for doing this was simply create a separate work sheet with all 12 separate images that each mark a different hour on the clock. Then it would be as simple as doing any other spreadsheet where I say if A1=2 then B1="specific image"

Hopefully what I am asking makes sense I appreciate the help.

I will point you to a link which you can use to achieve this rather than typing out

Few days ago, I answered a similar question where I put value in A1 and formula in A2. The file can be downloaded from.
