graph on MS project

Hi,

On MS Project 2013, is it possible to create a graph showing the different tasks allocated to one resource and to see the percentage allocated for each task for that same resource?

In the resource graph, we can only see the total percentage of allocation for a resource but we don't see if he's allocated 10% on one Project and 20% on the other Project...That's what i'm trying to Show on a graph.

thank you,

Stéphanie

    Hi Stéphanie,

For our clarification, could you upload a full screenshot of the page showing the version information of the Project application you are using? You can access the page via File>Account.

    Thanks,

    Cliff

    Hi Cliff,

in fact, I would like to create a bar graph (or other type) where I can see all my resources (on the same graph) and the percentage allocated per Task for each resource. Let's say on the X axis, i will have the different resources ( Stephanie,John,Peter...) and on Y axis, I will have the percentage of the different Tasks allocated to the resource. I don't know if it's possible to have such graph on MS Project.

The solution you gave me previously shows the total percentage allocated for a resource but on the resource usage view.

    Thank you,

    best regards,

    Stéphanie

    Hi Stephanie..41,

It seems that you want to show a graph to view individual workloads. If yes, you can refer to the steps in the article.

If something is misunderstood, welcome to post back.

    Thanks,

    Cliff
