Import CSV file in Excel 365 changing the data type from numbers into text

When I import a CSV file into excel some number values are converted into text, the wizard doesn't show an Advance button so I can choose the type of the data. Please check out the screenshots.

    Hello Abdel,

    There are possible reasons why you encountered this issue when formatting the CSV file in Excel. It may be caused by the CSV file itself being a plain text file.
