How to group duplicate values

Hello. Is there a way in Excel to group duplicate values automatically so just one instance left? For example I have a table resulting from a query like this:

and I want it to print like this:

I can do this easily with Report in Access, but I need to do this in Excel if I could. And merge cells manually is out of the question. Thanks.

    This can be achieved with Pivot Table, the amount will be repeated. See this snap shot.

    Or change the position of column in Pivot table, then you may get like this.

    If you create a PivotTable of the table, it will do that automatically for you.
