Connected Services - Incorrect Name

Question

How do you change the name/label associated with Sharepoint Site and OneDrive on a user's instance of Office.

I originally signed up a Business account using the organisations' name in the tenant.onmicrosoft.com but with my company name in the Organisation Profile. Renaming the organisation profile name has no bearing on what is displayed on an individual's Office application Connected Services information.

How do I get Connected Services to reflect: OneDrive - Action For People With Disability, Site - Action For People With Disablility?

Hi Craig,

I would like to explain that you need to wait for some time to sync company name.

If you have waited for some time, I suggest you try the following steps:

1. Open Word.
2. Click File>select Account.
3. Sign out the account.
4. Reopen Office and sign in again.
