VBA code from EXCEL 2016 does not work on excel 2007

Hi All,
I had some VBA coding done for me on Excel 2016. However after copying the file to my Asus Transformer which runs Excel 2007, I keep getting error messages when trying to run the macro.
Any thoughts Please on what the issue could be and what I could do to rectify any compability issues.
