Configuring web Server for web deploy publishing using visual studio 2019

Hi,
I have problem when publish to my remote server using Visual Studio 2019. I just can publish on my localhost server. If i want to publish outside it doesn't Allow.
I want to make other network can remote and access the application by using local IP address.
eg :http://10.1.2.76/Postcode but it not allow. Only inside local server that i can access http://Postcode
