We've already corresponded about this on StackOverflow (but it should be moved to the companion SuperUser forum). If you'd rather pursue it here, that'd be fine also.
But to repeat my suggestion there, try printing from some other program on this same computer to this same printer. Does it work?
Or go to Control Panel | Devices and Printers
Right-click the printer's icon, choose Properties and click Print Test Page.
If you don't get a printout of a test page, the printer driver on the PC is misconfigured and most likely you won't be able to print from any program, PowerPoint or otherwise.
