    Hello Sweta

I recommend starting the Troubleshooting by:

    1-

Are the users attempting to login from PC/Mobile Device?

Try to clear the cache and browsing history of the browser you're currently using. You can also try to use a different browser when accessing your account also different Networks.

2-Then you need to check the Exchange Online Settings for the affected user.

2.1-Exchange Online License properly assigned in Office 3635 admin Center.

    2.2- Connected to Exo Powershell:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/ente...

We need to check if the user has any blocking access from CAS.

Get-CASmailbox identity "user" | fl *owa*

    3- Is there any firewall/proxy

When the issue happen then we need a network trace for deeply analysis.

    Fiddler tool is very helpful.
