Locking sections in Microsoft One Note

My office just started using microsoft Onenote and I cant figure out how to lock a certain cell. For example if I want to have a column of names and column for duty title, how do I lock anyone being able to edit “name” and “duty title” and only allow them to write in the cells underneath with their names? We want the note to be editable by anyone, just certain sections to be locked. Is this possible? If so how?
