Hi,

When I launch my PowerPoint I get the below error message:

PowerPoint couldn't load the add-in "/Users/MacBookPro/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content.localized/Add-Ins/SaveAsAdobePDF.ppam".

How do I correct this error?

Microsoft 365 and Office | PowerPoint | For home | Windows

Clark misinformed you. The first step to remove an Add-in is to choose Tools>PowerPoint Add-Ins. Then select the add-in and click the minus sign to deactivate. Only after these steps should you move the file.

Likely, if you choose Tools>PowerPoint Add-ins now, nothing will show on the list. If so, move the file back to where it was, open PowerPoint, deactivate the Add-in, then remove it from the folder.

    Hi Francescol,

Thanks for query in our forum.

Please close and quit the all Office 365 for Mac applications, then Open Finder and go to **~/Library/Group Containers/****UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content.localized/Add-Ins/**move SaveAsAdobePDF.ppam to desktop, restart the Mac > open PowerPoint to see the outcome.

    Regards,

    Clark
