AZ-900 Schedule an exam with Pearson Vue

Question

Hello,
I've been trying to schedule my certification exam (AZ-900) with the Pearson Vue website for a while, but I can't. Indeed, I still have this error message in picture despite that I respected all that they asked me.
I need help to nkow where is the problem. Thanks

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
