PowerPoint not loading UI correctly while plugged in

Office 2016 works great, but powerpoint shows up like this if I open it while my laptop is plugged in, when it runs on battery it opens up normally, after that i can open it plug it in and that works.

How can i fix this and does anyone has this problem too?

    Hello,

    It is possible that this is an issue with the Office application or the user account profile is corrupted. Performing a repair of the Office application or reinstalling it may help isolate this issue further. You can click the articles I have provided below as your reference:

    I’ve already tried number 1 and there also are no updates, but i found out that it is only a porblem

    for my own user, if i create anither account, it works on there no problem, but running as another user from my account also doesn’t work, i could try a format i suppose, but i dont want to, since it works for other users
