usb pnp missing and error

Hi, recently my computer change to windows 10 and its missing the 2 usb pnp audio, i want to connect a cassete by my usb and i cant, it is missing, the controler says that it has an error and the usb is unknown.
What Icould do? the audio is fine, its just the 2usb pnp audio who is missing

    Could you please tell me the make and model of your computer?
    How do you connect the cassette player? Do you have a piece of hardware to do so?

    Re-connect your USB pnp audio devices, Go to Device Manager, Action tab, Scan for hardware changes.
    Check if your USB pnd audio appear here, if yes, right-click it and select update driver software; if not, change other USB port and check compatibility, maybe your audio device are not compatible with Windows 10.
    Contact your device manufacturer support is another method.
