Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

Question

I have two machine that I have re-install a fresh copy of Windows 10 and it is updated to the latest one which is 1803. However, whenever I tried to install the Office 2013 MSI or Office 2016 MSI I am having the same error message "Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" Image to install Office 2010 without any problem.

Have you te y to unistall the last Windoes update, seem like giving problems

MSI version is not getting installed if there is any previous C2R installed. If previous C2R was uninstalled,then some of its components may be remaining. You need to uninstall C2R by Easy fix and then reinstall.

Thanks for your reply. However, I need to install the MSI version and not the click to run version. Also, this is a fresh copy of Windows 10 and no older version of Office that is installed. I however, did run the MSOffice uninstaller and reboot my machine but I am still getting the same error.
