Prevent error message "External Data Refresh Failed Close We were unable to refresh one or more data connections in this workbook" from showing (Excel 365)

I keep getting the following error when opening my Excel 365 workbook:

"External Data Refresh Failed Close We were unable to refresh one or more data connections in this workbook. The following connections failed to refresh: ..."

This workbook has 3 sheets --2 of them synchronized with 2 other Excel 365 workbooks (I had to do this because these are linked to Forms, and Excel only allows you to link 1 form per workbook).

Since this is a shared document, I would like to prevent this error message from showing -is there any way to either stop this message from showing or sync the other 2 workbooks in a way that we don't have this issue?

Thanks!
