Cannot create new resource

Whenever I attempt to create a room in the resource tab. The error "The user and the mailbox are in different Active Directory sites" appears when I attempt to edit the settings via ecp. I'm unsure of the reason this is happening. I initially was able to create the room and manage it but now it is not allowing us to edit any properties.

Hi LnguyenNCF,

We have noticed the issue you encountered and are performing final validations before beginning deployment of the fix. We'll provide an update on deployment and a possible timeline to completion on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. As a workaround, you can make changes using a new PowerShell session, and set the “ConnectionURI” value to point directly at the mailbox. For detailed instruction, please refer to https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4133314/error-when-running-cmdlets-for-a-mailbox-in-another-region.

Connect to Exchange Online PowerShell:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/exchange-online/connect-to-exchange-online-powershell/connect-to-exchange-online-powershell?view=exchange-ps (Change the value of “ConnectionURI” as mentioned above)

I fairly understand it is inconvenient for you to work, your understanding is appreciated.

Best Regards,

Betty
