We have noticed the issue you encountered and are performing final validations before beginning deployment of the fix. We'll provide an update on deployment and a possible timeline to completion on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. As a workaround, you can make changes using a new PowerShell session, and set the “ConnectionURI” value to point directly at the mailbox.
