Hello, 

I need to reply to a survey tonight. But the Microsoft form SUBMIT button is grayed out and not responding. How can I submit my reply?

    Hi LLGPDDP,

    To troubleshoot this issue, please reload the link for this Form to see the outcome. If you still can't submit your response after finish your survey, please change other browsers to see the outcome. If this issue persists, since it is not feasible for Form responder to change Form settings, please contact survey dispatcher to get a new survey link. Besides, please confirm your edit permissions for this Form to the distributor.
