Hi, I updated my card details a few days ago, as my old one had expired, and as far as I know, I made payment straight away.
Today I am notified my account is suspended, and when I go through the make payment step, I am told my payment is processing.
Any online purchase gives you an immediate notification of payment accepted, or there is a problem, so I don't know how Microsoft is any different.
I also need to know that emails sent to my email address are still received.

We noticed you have replied in PM but it seems the required information was not properly pasted. Could you please provide it again? Besides, please also provide the screenshot in PM, to upload screenshots, choose "picture" button>choose Choose File button to select screenshot on your PC> then choose Upload to upload it.

Meanwhile, may I know did the sender received any non-delivery message when he sent the emails to you? If not, the emails should be delivered to Office 365.
