How can I fix error code: 0xCAA70004?

I am still receiving this error.

I am trying to open a file from SharePoint Online and it forces me to authenticate each time and when I put my password in this error ALWAYS comes up.

Microsoft 365 and Office | SharePoint | For business | Windows

    Hi Rick,

    Have you checked Gloria's reply in the thread you post? Is there anything you could share with us?

    There is some information we would like to confirm with you first, could you take a look?

    1. What is the file type? Document or Workbook?
    2. Have you signed in to the Office client that opens the file?
    3. Can you open the same files from Word Online or Excel Online?
    4. Could you share a screenshot of the error message?
