    Hello My name is Yohandi.

You can try the trobleshooting that I describe below.

    1- Close Office applications

2- Go to control panel / credentials administrator / Windows credentials

remove all credentials that contain the name "Microsoft Office 16"

3- Looks for the file Ospp.vbs is usually in the path "<C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Office \ Office16>"

    * In Windows Explorer type "Command Prompt" / open "Command Prompt" as administrator.

4- Run the Cscript ospp.vbs / dstatus command to identify the Product key installed on the computer

    * After obtaining the 5-digit code, execute the command

    * Cscript ospp.vbs / unpkey: "5 digits of the Office Propel Key product"

    * Verify that there are no more Product keys detected by Office proplus.

    * then the system symbol is closed

You enter Word and the product is activated again.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi robinlim1,

Did you purchase Office 2016 outright with a one-off payment?

    Or

Do you have a monthly/yearly subscription to Office 365?

Go to http://www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in

Check the status of your purchase or subscription on that page . ..

If that checks out, follow these steps to perform a full repair of your Office installation . . .

Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

Click Microsoft Office in the list of installed applications

    At the top, click 'Change'

On the resulting dialog, click 'Repair' - choose the Online Repair, it is a comprehensive fix

That should fix any issues with your Office Installation . . .
