Are you able to save the presentations onto a hard drive or say onto an IPAD?

    Hi LAWRENCECASSAR,

It is not really clear where or how Sway presentations are stored. What you can do is keep a list of links pointing to each individual Sway presentation.

Unfortunately there is nothing better you can do right now. If you are changing accounts, maybe one option would be to log in as the new user, open the old sways presentations, and duplicate them so they can be stored under the new account you just signed in.

I hope this option works for you while they develop any tool that can help you saving your work.

    Hi Lawrence,

If wanting to save onto IPAD for presentation purpose you cannot. You need to as of this time have internet access to play presentation.

There is a UserVoice to express your want for just this.

I can see the need for this.

    Regards,

    Sam
