Auto populate form from excel

I have a monthly schedule (Example A) for our nursing staff created in excel. I make a daily staffing sheet (Example B)  in word for each day of the month with the staff members on it. I would like to create a way for the staff I enter in excel to autofill into my work document. Any ideas?
