I have been looking all over for a good mp4 metadata editor to add information to my library of mp4 video files. I have both movies and tv shows. I found a great mp4 metadata editor which allows me to add episode name to it. it added it in the id3tag standard format which is good but I found that it is not associated with the episode name column field in windows file explorer. I found a table on the exiftool website that says iti is under the microsoft Xtra atom metadata format. I found a program that says you can edit Xtra atom tags but that tag wasn't listed but you could add Xtra atom tags and I tried this with no success. I am hoping that I simply don't know the correct spelling of this Xtra atom tag and that if I knew exactly how it should be added I could use that program to add it. does anyone know what is the proper format and spelling of this tag field and how to add/edit the field in an mp4 file.
