OneDrive "Shared" Folder loading and loading

Hello,

I'm facing an issue on OneDrive in which files on the "Shared" tab are not loading. This issue is occurring for both Shared with Me and Shared by Me section. This is happening on all web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox)

The strange thing is that other than this, when I access files from the Files tab, it works fine and same works fine when I sync OneDrive on my computer. 

Please let me know what can I do to fix the Shared by Me and Shared with Me loading issue. It keeps loading and never displays the files.

Silly me. I just needed to clear the cache and it resolved the issue.

    I’d like you to confirm whether you can access Shared with Me and Shared by Me with their links directly.

    Meanwhile, I suggest you change a network environment to see and let us know the result.
