If your printer has a duplex option and if you need to print on both sides selecting multiple files then how to do? I am aware of one option I.E by saving a printing shortcut this will work only with one file, if in case i need to multiple files with the same settings saved on printing shortcuts then how do i  print

Eg: i have 3 pages in a single document and i would get printed with the shortcut as XYZ and at the same time if i  have the multiple files with 3 pages then how do i print, its a pain for me to go to all the documents and select the shortcut and print when i say select all  and print it should pick up the saved shortcut's setting and print how do i do it can you please help.

Regards

Install a second instance of the computer and in the  Settings>Devices,>Printers & Scanners set the properties of one of them so that it will print in duplex mode and rename it to reflect that mode.  Then, depending upon how you want to print, select the appropriate printer.

If you open Settings>Devices,>Printers & Scanners, select your printer, then click Manage>Printer Properties, then Preferences. There should be a "Print on both sides" check box if you have a duplexer installed on the printer. Check the box and your printer will always print on both sides.

If you want to print on both sides for just the current print job, you should see a "Two sided" check box in the left-hand pane of the print dialog.
