Data Validation: List and Text Length?

Hi, what to type in the 'Custom' Data Validation field when wanting both 'List' and 'Text Length'?

For example, I want to have people choose from a list but they can also enter free text in a range of cells (cells G2:G473). However, the length of the free text should be less than or equal to 200 characters.

    My sincere apologies. Two different type of Data Validations in a single cell will not be possible unless done through VBA,
