Hello ALL,

While creating the user on the domain controller, we faced an error on the sync.

It seems the email of the CEO is already created as Guest mail user (no Idea what is it).

I couldn’t delete it and I am unable to create an account for him.

Kindly advise what should I do.

Hi Mahdi Idriss,

@ MerlijnDonk, thanks for your suggestion very much. Please try the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the Azure portal (You can just click this hyperlink to sign in with an Azure AD administrator).
  2. In the navigation pane, select Azure Active Directory.
  3. Under Manage, select Users.

Then Follow MerlijnDonk’s suggestion to see if it works for you. If the suggestion doesn’t work, please send us the screenshot of the error message you received for further investigation. Thanks for your efforts. To upload the screenshot, please refer to the picture below:

Best regards,

Coldwell

    You could try:

    1. portal.azure.com
    2. azure active directory
    3. users
    4. set the filter to guest users only

    (my link is https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_I...)

    1. find the CEO
    2. kill the account (not the CEO)
