Hi Chandradeepmarotu,

We have splited your case on this new thread for avoiding any confusion on the original case.

And, to better help you, I need to confirm the following information.

  1. Based on my experience, this error mainly occurs while the customer is having a migration from local Exchange to Office 365. So, is your scenario migrating the mailboxes to Office 365?
  2. If it is the scenario, which migration are you using, Cutover migration, Staged migration or Hybrid move?
  3. What is your current Exchange server version, Exchange 2007, 2010 or 2013?

For the error message itself, it looks like the migration end point has a problem. So, I'd like to confirm if there are the mailboxes migrated to Office 365 successfully. Meanwhile, you can try creating another new endpoint to perform the migration. For the past cases I met, this issue can be also related to the network side. So, if it is possible, you can try re-migrating under a different network environment to see if that helps.

If the issue persists, it would be better if you can upload a screenshot about it for analysis.

Regards,

Alan
