I'm looking to confirm if it is possible and supported my Exchange Server to have a macron email address as below?

Example:

Mōrena@ssss .com

Exchange Server Management
Exchange Server Management

    Not supported by the RFC:

    https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc5321

Systems MUST NOT define mailboxes in such a way as to require the use in SMTP of non-ASCII characters (octets with the high order bit set to one) or ASCII "control characters" (decimal value 0-31 and 127). These characters MUST NOT be used in MAIL or RCPT commands or other commands that require mailbox names.

However, I do not believe on-prem Exchange supports https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_Mail_Transfer_Protocol#SMTPUTF8
