Error code 0x80070005 when install OneDrive

hello everyone,

I got this kind of error when i tried to install OneDrive on my company's computer. Run as administrator. Does anyone know how to fix it? thank you

Dear all,

I still cannot delete that file, although i tried everything. 

I had to reinstall windows so that i can able to use OneDrive now, thank you for your help anyway.

    Dears,

    I tried to remove my OneDrive folder but there's 1 file doesn't allow me to delete it because i don't have permission? i'm signing in same user DangN and also tried to sign in under administrator, cannot delete it neither.

    Hi Derek,

    May I know if you have removed C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ OneDrive before reinstalling?

    I suggest as a first step to delete all the folders and files in this route

    C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ OneDrive

    Then reinstall OneDrive.
