Do you mean that you have deleted OneDrive keychain?
If not, I suggest you try the following steps to check the result:
- Quit OneDrive.
- Open Keychain Access. (Applications - Utilities - Keychain Access.)
- Search All Items for 'OneDrive', such as: Delete com.microsoft.OneDrive-mac.HockeySDK AND OneDrive Cached Credential.
If the issue still exists, could you please provide the following information?
- The screenshot of error message.
- The screenshot of Office 365 subscriptions.
