OneDrive Keychain doesn't exist?

I recently downloaded OneDrive to my Mac from the app store. My online accounts are all through my university (the rest of my Microsoft software was downloaded in 2016 like word, powerpoint, etc.) When I try to log in with that account, an error appears saying there was an issue accessing the keychain: "Please check that the login keychain exists and that OneDrive has access to it. If prompted, please allow OneDrive access to your keychain." Other people that had a similar error were told to delete the Onedrive Cached Credential but when I search onedrive under all items in my Keychain access nothing shows up. So the keychain doesn't exist at all. I don't know why it doesn't exist or how to go about fixing it.

Hi Shelby,

Do you mean that you have deleted OneDrive keychain?

If not, I suggest you try the following steps to check the result:

  1. Quit OneDrive.
  2. Open Keychain Access. (Applications - Utilities - Keychain Access.)
  3. Search All Items for 'OneDrive', such as: Delete com.microsoft.OneDrive-mac.HockeySDK AND OneDrive Cached Credential.

If the issue still exists, could you please provide the following information?

  1. The screenshot of error message.
  2. The screenshot of Office 365 subscriptions.

Regards,

Qing
