Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
From what I am reading elsewhere, I think I need to just go to TechSoup and buy new subscription of E3 when I thought I could upgrade.

We purchased licenses from TechSoup for Office 365 E2 years ago. I need to upgrade to E3, but when I call TechSoup, they say to call Microsoft to upgrade. And then Microsoft says to call TechSoup. Best way to handle?
Thanks!

I see my subscription/license, but no option to add a subscription. Trying to keep the non-profit rate.
Go in O365, subscription, buy E3
