Error During AzCopy Upload

Hi there,

I am currently uploading several pst files in batches. The Upload worked during the first 4 batches.

Then I created a new job, created a new sas-url and replaced the URLs in the copy job.

All of a sudden I get a 403 error message:

Hi Heinrich-Hansjakob-Schule – Bildungszentrum,

According to your description, we know that you are using network upload to import your organization's PST files to Office 365. And the problem occurs in step 2 mentioned in this article:

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/use-network-upload-to-import-your-organization-s-pst-files-to-office-365-103f940c-0468-4e1a-b527-cc8ad13a5ea6#step2

Based on the error 403, we suggest that you check if you input correct location (/Source and /Dest) when you upload the PST file. The format is like following command:

AzCopy.exe /Source:<Location of PST files> /Dest:<SAS URL> /V:<Log file location> /Y

If the issue persists, please try to change the network environment to check the outcome. Besides, please provide us your detailed commands you input and the screenshot of error message in Private Message. Click your name on the forum and select View private messages to access it.

Thanks,

Barry
