i could not synchronize my note between iPad and mac.

it showed error 0xE00009C8 bb0ur.

i cant figure out what happen...................

Hi 筱茜卓,

Since all the OneNote syncing process needs to go through the cloud, which can access directly via a web browser. Could you try the following suggestions?

  1. Go to OneNote Online and edit the notebook and refresh the page see if the editing synced.
  2. Edit in OneNote for Mac and see the changes online after the changes were saved
  3. Edit in OneNote Mobile App for iPad and check the changes online.
  4. What if you sign off and sign in and open the notebooks again?

For further support, we need your help to collect some information, could you help check them?

  1. Could you share the outcomes of the suggestions with us?
  2. Is this error message show in both iPad and Mac? Could share a screenshot of it?
