How does one locate a specific error code for One Note Sync Issues?

We are using Windows 7 and Office 365 ProPlus

Hi RN_1,

Some normal error messages can be searched online directly. We don't have an error list to search for all specific issues. Since error messages are various when the issues started to happen in different time or different environment. 

So we would like to focus on the current issue you encountered and help resolve it. As Fix issues when you can't sync OneNote mentioned, I would like to confirm if you have copied and re-synced a new notebook.

If the issue persists, I would like to confirm following information:

1.Where did your notebook store?

2.If you create a new notebook, can it be synced well?

3.Please shareOneNote version (include Product name and Full version number) and the screenshot of error message with us.

I see deleting and recreating did not solve the problem.

I get this when I look at the error messages from One Note.  But it will not allow me to find a specific number.

I see at least two: one a complaint about a password and the other that it can't sync and will try again later.  (And later never comes).  I deleted this page and recreated it and the moment all seems find.  But you need a list of errors or allow one to search on the number.  The filter presented only allowed me to search by date range.   Not real useful as one doesn't normally care or read all the error messages.
