seek help to recover data that got erased on updating windows 11

HELLO Wanna ask that i was using win11 and win 10 professional (dualboot} on the same laptop recently i installed one of win 11 updates and on the boot page i unluckily selected on windows 10 pro and after my laptop successfully booted up nothing was there as USER/ADMIN ACC. was changed and nothing there,I almost tried every rec. software but I'm not able to recover back and drive space is empty so please how can I get everything back

    We always recommend users to backup data before upgrade and when it is insider build, there are risk of unexpected issues.
    I advised you to search for your files and see if you observe a folder called Windows.old .
    In case you are unable to recover data using recovery tools, they might have been lost.
    You may try different third-party recovery tools.
