Hi, i'm facing with problem on my excel 365. Once i copied 1 row, the insert that copied row, i just only can insert 1 time. If i want to insert that row again, i have to copy the row again and then insert. How can i just copied the row 1 time, then i can insert many times i want? Because i usually do that way before, but for a few weeks ago, i can not do like that anymore.

Please help share with me the solution for this problem. Thank you.

    Hi tuantatk,

To further assist you, I would like to know what changes did you make prior to the issue? I've tried to replicate it here on my end by copying the entire/selected rows and selecting the Insert Copied Cells and it would really paste just once.

However, if you would like to paste it multiple times, you can use the clipboard and right-click on the copied item that you want to paste.

You can also copy rows by using the mouse. Here's how:

    1. Select the rows that you want to copy.
    2. To copy rows, hold down CTRL while you point to the border of the selection. When the pointer becomes a copy pointer , drag the rows to another location.

Important:****Make sure that you hold downCTRL* during the drag-and-drop operation. If you release CTRL before you release the mouse button, you will move the rows instead of copying them. Also, you won't be able to* copy nonadjacent rows by using the mouse.

If you would like me to provide additional advice, simply respond to this thread. I will get notified and I’ll reply to you as soon as I can.
