Error code: 0xE0001462 bukxq Sync Issue - One Note

I recorded an audio note in OneNote on my iPad but it won't sync and allow me to download the audio file onto my Mac Desktop.

Please help.

    Hi BrendanScott,

    According to your description, following are some workarounds for you to test:

    1. Try to fix sync issues in OneNote for iOS refer to this article.
    2. Copy the content in a newly-built notebook and check the outcome.
    3. Update Office applications to the latest version.
    4. First backup the content that hasn’t been synced. Then quit OneNote Application> go to system Setting> OneNote> reset OneNote, restart the application and sign in again to see the result.

    It the suggestions don’t work for you, to better understand your situation, please confirm the information below:

    1. Do you have some update on you iPad before this issue happens? Office update or iOS update?
    2. Does this issue happen with a specific notebook or all notebooks?
    3. Does the issue happen OneNote only? What about other apps?
    4. Try to check if you can see the notebook in OneNote Online: https://www.onenote.com 
    5. OneNote is saved to OneDrive for Business or OneDrive personal, check if you can sign in OneDrive on you iPad and Mac.
